The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a supervisory role and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. They will also be comfortable working with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks effectively. An eye for detail, the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, as well as an aptitude for problem solving are all essential qualities for this role.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring staff performance, resolving customer queries, providing guidance and training to junior staff members, enforcing company policies and procedures, scheduling shifts, ordering supplies and managing quality control.

We offer an excellent salary of 1700 per month as well as the opportunity to work in an exciting environment with a supportive team. We are also open to considering applicants from abroad who are keen on immigrating to Kuwait.
