Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working as a Barista in a busy cafe environment or similar setting. They must possess strong customer service skills, be able to take orders quickly while maintaining accuracy, have an ability to multi-task effectively while managing their time wisely, and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Additionally, they should have knowledge of coffee making techniques such as latte art and knowledge of various coffee blends from different countries around the world. It is preferred that applicants have a valid work permit or visa if they are an immigrant.
