Project Manager Position in Ajman

Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in the software development industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time-management skills
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of relevant software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum/Kanban

Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and delivery of various software development projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met while also managing risks and keeping stakeholders informed about progress. The Project Manager will also be expected to prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocations, etc., monitor project performance against plan/budget/timeline targets; provide updates on project status; manage risks & issues; provide guidance & support to team members; coordinate activities between various departments involved in the project; document all processes & procedures related to project management; mentor junior team members; ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
