Office assistant in Khawr Fakkan, UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated office assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support in a variety of activities, including but not limited to, filing and organizing documents, answering the phone and emails, and other administrative tasks as needed. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic is required.
The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of general office procedures, be well organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. An ideal candidate should also be able to demonstrate an ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible enough to adjust schedules as needed. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and be willing to take on additional tasks as requested.
The salary for this position is 1700 AED per month. We are open to considering applicants who may not have prior experience but possess the necessary qualifications described above. We also welcome immigrant applications from eligible countries that meet our criteria for employment eligibility.
