Office assistant in Ajman, UAE
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The role is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day office tasks such as filing and data entry. They will also be required to provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence and providing customer service. Other duties may include ordering office supplies, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
To be successful in this role, you should be reliable and well organized with excellent communication skills. You should also have a good eye for detail and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in an office setting is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
