We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, researching and interpreting results and ensuring that all surveys are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys and research to ensure accuracy of results
• Analyse survey data to determine trends or patterns
• Transcribe survey data into a computer system
• Interpret data and draw conclusions from survey results
• Develop survey instruments and reporting templates
• Develop survey plans, objectives and strategies
• Provide advice to the management on most effective survey methods.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the survey unit.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and guidelines.
• Oversee maintenance of necessary records related to the surveys.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Surveying
• Excellent knowledge of surveying principles, techniques and equipment
• Proficient with computers, including MS Office applications and AutoCAD
• Ability to read maps accurately • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to analyze complex information • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Willingness to travel when required We are open to considering applications from foreign candidates who are qualified for this role.
