We are looking for a Waiter to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have great customer service skills, be reliable, and have a good understanding of the hospitality industry.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Must have at least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime if required.
• Must be authorized to work in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Take orders from customers accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Check food quality before serving it to customers.
• Ensure that tables are properly set up according to restaurant standards.
• Bring food orders to customers’ tables in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean at all times by wiping down tables, chairs, floors, etc., after each shift ends.
