Land surveyor in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land parcels, and providing related information to support development, construction and other activities. You will be part of a team that works across the region, ensuring accuracy of data collection and adherence to local laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate for this position will have no prior experience in Land Surveying but must demonstrate knowledge in related areas such as topography, mapping or engineering. You should have excellent communication skills as you need to effectively interact with clients, vendors and senior management. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also essential.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment such as Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Leveling Devices, Total Stations and other tools;
• Analyze survey results using specialized software;
• Prepare reports containing survey results;
• Consult with clients on their specific needs;
• Inspect properties prior to conducting surveys;
• Ensure accuracy of data collected;
• Perform mapping tasks including updating existing maps, drawing new maps for land records or preparing documents for legal proceedings;
• Adhere to applicable laws and regulations when conducting surveys;
• Train junior members of the team.

Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Knowledge of topographical surveying techniques;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written);
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD.

Salary: 1700 AED per month (we are ready to consider an immigrant)
