Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Surveyor will be responsible for providing professional, accurate and timely surveying services for both public and private sector organizations. This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering, land surveying, or GIS technology, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demands for the Candidate:
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in surveying or related field, with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying or GIS Technology preferred. A valid driver’s license is also required of this position. Knowledge of AutoCAD, ArcGIS software and other survey equipment is a plus but not required.

Job Responsibilities:
The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys and preparing survey plans using the latest technologies available. He/She will be expected to analyze data collected from surveys and create detailed reports on findings while ensuring accuracy of all measurements taken. The Surveyor will also need to provide consultation on building projects by offering advice on boundary lines and legal restrictions related to land use while keeping up with the latest land survey technology trends. Other duties may include establishing property lines using GPS systems, operating light aircrafts equipped with specialized mapping system cameras as well as providing guidance to other surveyors on staff when needed.
