We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food items to customers. This includes providing customer service, taking orders, making drinks, operating espresso machines, cleaning and stocking supplies, and ensuring that all customer needs are met. The position also involves ensuring the safety of the customer by following all company policies and procedures.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to adhere to health standards when preparing food/beverages
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Must have good communication skills with customers
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior experience as a barista is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
