The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in the kitchen, leading a team and creating unique and memorable dishes. A passion for food and strong knowledge of the culinary industry is essential.

We expect the Executive Chef to have excellent communication skills, be able to manage their team effectively and take the initiative when needed. We are seeking someone who is creative yet organized, with an eye for detail. Leadership experience is also desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating menus that reflect the local tastes and culture while also providing unique experiences to customers. They will also be expected to work within budgetary limits while maintaining high quality standards across all dishes served. The Executive Chef will be responsible for directing their team in day-to-day operations as well as managing any changes or requests from customers or management.
