HR manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a HR role, with at least 2 years’ experience in a managerial position. They should also be knowledgeable in human resources policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to the UAE labor law. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new staff members. They will also manage employee relations by mediating disputes and helping develop solutions for any issues that arise. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives such as training programs and team building activities.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. The successful candidate must possess strong problem solving skills and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments.
