We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1300 AED and be considered for immigration if desired.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play an integral role in the growth and development of our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our human resources policies and initiatives are properly executed to drive employee engagement and satisfaction. You will ensure that any HR related inquiries or complaints are handled in a timely, professional manner and that all HR activities comply with the relevant labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, a degree in Human Resources Management or related field, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, the successful applicant should have extensive knowledge of human resources procedures such as recruitment, onboarding and payroll processing.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
• Developing and implementing strategic HR plans to help meet company goals
• Designing employee job descriptions, evaluating performance and providing feedback
• Managing employee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
• Overseeing disciplinary actions such as grievances or dismissals
• Negotiating collective bargaining agreements with trade unions
• Ensuring legal compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
• Supporting employee welfare initiatives such as health benefits and career development programs
