HR manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the human resources functions of our organization. You will work closely with leadership to ensure the successful implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's goals.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in human resources management, with at least 5 years of experience in this field. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required. Additionally, we are open to considering highly qualified immigrants for this role.

As an HR Manager, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be responsible for conducting interviews, providing guidance on employee relations issues, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws. You should also be able to demonstrate knowledge of recruiting methods and practices, performance management systems, benefits administration, compensation structures and employee engagement strategies.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. The successful candidate should have strong problem-solving skills combined with an understanding of best practices in human resource management.
