Security Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, organized, and driven individual to join a growing team as a Security Manager in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures and systems to ensure the safety and security of personnel, properties, assets, and information.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing policies, guidelines and procedures related to security;
• Establishing security protocols for personnel entry;
• Overseeing the daily operations of guards;
• Investigating incidents related to security breaches;
• Maintaining records of security incidents;
• Liaising with law enforcement agencies when necessary;
• Training staff on safety procedures;
• Conducting regular inspections of the premises;
• Ensuring compliance with local laws related to health & safety.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or another relevant field;
• Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role;
• Ability to conduct investigations into security-related matters;
• Knowledge of local laws related to health & safety;
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
