Security Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Security Manager in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people, property, and information within the company. This position focuses on developing strategies that reduce risk, prevent accidents, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. The Security Manager will also oversee security personnel, monitor security systems and equipment, review security policies and procedures, investigate cases of theft or vandalism, provide training to staff on security protocols, and address any other security-related issues that may arise.

Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff. They must also possess strong problem-solving capabilities with an ability to think quickly in emergencies. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required along with knowledge of relevant legislation. A bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce risk and prevent accidents within the facility
• Oversee security personnel and provide guidance when needed
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras, alarms, access control systems etc.
• Investigate cases of theft or vandalism
• Review existing policies and procedures related to security matters
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to safety
• Create reports on incidents or breaches of security protocols
• Provide training to staff on proper safety protocols
• Address any other security-related issues that may arise

Requirements:
