The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishment in managing teams, as well as excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience in the field of project management is also beneficial.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing strategies for operational performance, cost-effectiveness, quality control, customer service and staff development; creating effective staffing plans to ensure that all roles are filled appropriately; monitoring and evaluating performance; ensuring compliance with existing laws, regulations and guidelines; and overseeing the budgeting process.
