Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or other related field is preferred; however, experience will be considered as well.
- Previous teaching experience is required, preferably abroad or in Dubai
- Excellent English writing, reading, and speaking skills are a must; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities suited to the students’ individual needs
- Assisting students with their learning and ensuring they remain engaged throughout lessons
- Evaluating student performance on a regular basis through tests, assignments, etc., while providing feedback on their progress
- Working closely with other teachers to ensure consistency in instruction across classrooms
- Creating an atmosphere conducive to learning by maintaining discipline in the classroom through positive reinforcement techniques such as rewards systems or praise
