The successful applicant will be responsible for providing financial support to all departments of the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar position
• Full understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Tally)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:
The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring payments are made on time, preparing monthly reports, reconciling bank statements, analyzing costs, tracking expenses and preparing budgets. Additional duties include reviewing contracts for accuracy, monitoring accounts receivable/payable, performing variance analysis on accounts and developing strategies to increase profitability. The Accountant must also ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and provide professional advice when needed.
