Excavator Operator (Doha, 1000)
We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Doha. The selected candidate will be expected to operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and other machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience working with excavation machinery
• Working knowledge of safe operating procedures for heavy equipment
• Good physical condition and strength to lift, move and manipulate heavy objects
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
• Willingness to take direction from supervisors or project managers when necessary.
• Ability to work independently or with a team under minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. A second language is desirable but not mandatory
• Must have a valid driver's license with the ability to pass regular safety inspections
• Must pass drug screenings as required by law

Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators safely while adhering to all safety regulations
• Assist in loading, unloading, digging, backfilling foundations, trenches, walls etc.
• Ensure that the excavator is kept in good working condition by performing routine maintenance checks on a regular basis
• Monitor the progress of work being done by the excavator operator
• Check the level of soil being dug up or deposited during excavation operations
• Follow directions from supervisors regarding how much material should be moved or where it should be placed

Job Description:
The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators under minimal supervision. The operator will be expected to ensure that all safety regulations are followed at all times while operating the machines. The operator will also assist in loading/unloading materials as needed along with digging foundations and trenches for construction projects. Regular maintenance checks must also be performed on the equipment in order to keep it running optimally. The operator must also have excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English with the ability to read & interpret blueprints & other technical documents when necessary.
