The company is looking for an experienced and qualified Sommelier to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the wine program of the restaurant, as well as providing guests with a pleasant dining experience.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of wines, including vintages, vineyards, and regions. They should also have a strong understanding of beverage service procedures and etiquette. In addition, they must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to recommend wines that best meet customers’ needs. The successful candidate will be required to maintain an up-to-date inventory of wines and provide guidance on food pairings.

Candidates should possess a degree or certification in sommelier studies from an accredited institution. It is also essential that the ideal candidate be passionate about wines and have a good understanding of international markets. Furthermore, they should have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The salary for this position is 1200 AED per month and we are willing to consider applicants from abroad.
