We are looking for a talented and experienced Sommelier in our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be passionate and knowledgeable about wine, have the ability to recommend wines that pair well with our dishes and possess excellent customer service skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating the wine list, ordering products, rotating stock, maintaining records of sales, creating special offers and promotions, serving guests their chosen wines and responding to any questions they may have. It is also expected that this person will ensure all safety standards are met while handling wine bottles.

The desired candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting. A Sommelier certification is highly desirable but not required for this role. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this position.

In return for your expertise, you will receive an attractive salary of 1100 AED per month (or equivalent). We are also open to considering foreign candidates who can meet our requirements.
