Waiter Job in Doha

We are looking to hire a Waiter to join our team at a busy restaurant in Doha. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring the restaurant’s high standards of quality and cleanliness are met.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers as they arrive.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders from customers.
• Serve food and drinks at the table according to company standards.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Clear away dishes and clean tables after customers have finished dining.
• Prepare bills for customers, accept payments, and provide change as necessary.
• Ensure that the dining area is kept clean at all times by performing cleaning activities such as sweeping floors, wiping tables, etc.
• Follow all safety and sanitation regulations when handling food items.

Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a waiter role preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and willingness to help others.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy in order taking and payment processing tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while interacting with customers in a polite manner . • Good physical condition with the ability to lift up heavy trays of food items from time to time . • Knowledge of safety procedures when handling food items .
