Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys and mapping to ensure accurate land measurement and identify boundaries. You will be required to use specialized software and GPS devices to collect, analyze, and interpret data in order to produce reports that accurately reflect the survey findings. In addition, you will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of survey activities as well as preparing legal documents such as deeds, leases, and boundary agreements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field is preferred but not required
• Expertise in land surveying techniques and methods
• Proficiency in operating surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers and laser scanners
• Knowledge of applicable laws governing surveys and boundary lines
• Ability to read maps accurately
• Ability to interpret aerial photographs
• Ability to use computer programs such as AutoCAD or GIS software for data analysis
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
