Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Welder to join our team and provide expertise in welding processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in both MIG and TIG welding processes and be able to work on a variety of metals. This role requires working with precision and accuracy and requires the ability to read blueprints.

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate welding equipment in a safe manner following all safety procedures
• Monitor the welding process to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper size of welds
• Maintain a clean work environment by following all safety procedures
• Make necessary adjustments during the welding process to ensure proper quality standards are met
• Perform periodic maintenance on welding equipment as required by company standards
• Maintain accurate records of work completed as needed
Qualifications & Education:
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required
• Demonstrated proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes is required
• Must possess good mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
• Ability to read blueprints with precision is essential
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
