Truck driver in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for an experienced and reliable Truck Driver to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should be able to operate a truck in a safe and efficient manner, as well as ensure all deliveries are made on time.

The successful candidate should have experience operating both light and heavy-duty trucks, as well as a valid driver’s license. The Truck Driver must also have knowledge of the routes around Doha and the surrounding areas, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Planning routes based on delivery instructions
- Loading, securing, and unloading cargo
- Keeping up with vehicle maintenance such as cleaning, fueling, oil changes etc.
- Tracking deliveries
- Recording information such as mileage and fuel usage
- Following all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations
- Ensuring cargo is properly secured to prevent damage or shifting during transit.

Requirements:
- Previous experience with driving trucks both light duty and heavy duty (minimum 1 year)
- Valid driver’s license with no serious violations in the past 5 years
- Ability to lift 75 lbs or more
