Merchandiser - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role will be responsible for managing the product ranges and sales of our merchandise in stores across the region. The successful candidate must have a proven record of successfully managing a range of product categories, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working in merchandising, preferably within the UAE/GCC region
• Exceptional knowledge and understanding of product ranges, stock control and promotional activities
• Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluency in both Arabic & English is required (any additional languages are an advantage)
• Flexible working hours when required
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Job Summary: The Merchandiser will be responsible for the management of the product ranges within stores across the region. This includes controlling stock levels, monitoring sales performance, introducing new products/brands into stores and developing promotional activities. The successful candidate must be able to work independently or collaboratively within teams in order to achieve objectives.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience working within merchandising or a similar field. Additionally, applicants must possess excellent communication skills (Arabic & English), advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A flexible approach to working hours is also required when necessary.
