Project Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers, engineers and other team members.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Significant experience in planning, budgeting, scheduling and delivering projects on time;
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written;
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• An in-depth understanding of project management methodologies and strategies;
• Understanding of safety regulations, including OSHA standards.

The successful candidate should have the following responsibilities:
• Developing project plans, budgets, schedules and deliverables;
• Monitoring project progress, adjusting resources as necessary to ensure goals are met on time;
• Working closely with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure deadlines are met;
• Providing reports on progress to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project;
• Creating solutions for any issues that arise during the course of the project.
