Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and experience to successfully manage multiple projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure successful completion of the project within budget and timeline. The Project Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams while ensuring projects meet all business objectives and requirements.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field combined with 5+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or equivalent title. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate solid critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills (written & verbal), project management expertise, problem solving abilities, customer service orientation, conflict resolution capabilities, and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Duties:
● Plan project objectives by studying project requirements; conferring with stakeholders; evaluating options.
● Determine project scope by identifying tasks required; developing activity schedules; assessing resource needs and costs; negotiating contracts; resolving technical issues; managing risk.
● Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
● Maintain quality service by enforcing quality standards; analyzing customer feedback; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other departments for resolution.
● Maintain safe work environment by following standards-of-operations policies-and-procedures; complying with legal regulations.
● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
