Land surveyor in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, researching historical records, analyzing aerial photographs and satellite images, and creating maps of surveyed areas.

The ideal candidate must have excellent problem solving skills and an eye for detail. They should possess a high degree of accuracy and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must also possess a valid Abu Dhabi driver’s license.

Responsibilities:
-Conducting land surveys, including collecting data through various methods such as GPS equipment, drones, total stations and traditional surveying techniques;
-Analyzing aerial photographs and satellite images to gather information pertinent to the survey;
-Drafting topographic maps of surveyed areas;
-Researching historical records pertaining to land surveys;
-Utilizing GIS (Geographic Information System) software to create accurate maps;
-Adhering to all safety regulations when conducting land surveys;
-Ensuring accuracy in all data collected and maps created.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field;
-3+ years of experience working as a Land Surveyor;
-Valid Abu Dhabi driver’s license;
-Familiarity with GIS systems and GPS equipment;
-Excellent problem solving skills with an eye for detail;
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
