Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans and timelines, including milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor the progress of each project against the plan, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress for management review.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Ensure that all projects comply with relevant legislation, regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Excellent command of English language (both written & verbal).
• Sound knowledge of project management processes & methodologies (Agile methodology).
• Good understanding of contracts & legal requirements in relation to projects.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
