We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are offering a competitive salary of 1500 per month and are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

As a Pastry Chef in our kitchen, you will be working directly with the Head Chef to create innovative desserts that will help us stand out from the competition.

The successful candidate will have excellent cooking skills, an eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A deep knowledge of baking techniques is essential as well as experience in creating desserts like pies, cakes, cookies, mousses and other sweet treats. The ideal candidate will also have a great understanding of food safety regulations and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.

The responsibilities of the Pastry Chef include:
- Creating innovative new desserts according to customer requests
- Decorating cakes for special occasions
- Managing stock levels of ingredients
- Ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards of quality
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Training junior staff on food safety regulations
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or similar role
- Expertise in baking techniques (e.g., decoration)
- Working knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards
- Excellent organizational skills
- Creativity when it comes to inventing new recipes or giving classic ones an updated twist
