Manager vacancy in Al Fahahil Kuwait

The main purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of hotel revenue and profit growth through good planning, efficient production and cost control, particularly in your area(s) of responsibility and within the Spa Department as a whole.

About the role:

Oversee the entire Spa operation to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements
Be passionate about world class hospitality service in a 5* environment
Responsibility for the financial returns of the Spa and driving the business forward
Management of a team of highly trained Spa therapists and Attendants with a focus on training and development
