Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure there is enough food during meal periods for team members.
• Greet all team members with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Demonstrate personal cleanliness.
• Manage stock areas with good stock rotation and organisation.
• Follow Food Safety Policy.
• Follow Health & Safety policy and Safe Working Practices to maintain a safe place to work.
• To wash, polish and circulate all crockery, cutlery and any other working equipment needed.
• To clean and maintain the machinery in the plate wash area.
• Keep back of house and kitchens clean according to cleaning specifications and the Hygiene Plan.
• Assist chefs when required in kitchen duties.
• To achieve established Standards of Service at all times.
