Surveyor in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and mapping land, both in terms of its physical characteristics and its legal ownership. This includes the recording of measurements and the use of specialist equipment, such as total stations and GPS devices.

The Surveyor will need to demonstrate excellent organizational skills to ensure that data from surveys is accurate, up-to-date, and stored securely. They must also be able to interpret survey data using a range of software packages. The role also involves working alongside other professionals such as Architects, Engineers, and Planners.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field; knowledge of the local land laws; experience with survey applications; strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work independently or as part of a team; excellent problem-solving skills; and an eye for detail. Proficiency in English is also essential.
