Merchandiser vacancy in Khawr Fakkan

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail and product merchandising and be able to lead the team of merchandisers, develop strategy and coordinate the implementation of the plan for product display.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of product display techniques
- Understanding of customer requirements, market trends and industry developments
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work long hours when needed
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing promotional plans, coordinating with store buyers, managing inventory levels, monitoring sales performance and tracking performance metrics. He/she will also need to ensure that all products are properly displayed at all times; monitor customer feedback and take corrective action if needed. Additionally, he/she will need to implement pricing strategies and negotiate with suppliers on promotional activities.
