Sales Manager Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and objectives. The Sales Manager will have overall responsibility for driving sales performance, maintaining customer relationships and achieving goals.

Responsibilities
• Develop a sales plan that will meet or exceed the company’s expectations for sales growth
• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team and ensure that all procedures are followed correctly
• Lead, motivate and maintain a high-performance sales team capable of delivering results
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in order to increase revenue
• Develop customer relationships with key stakeholders through regular visits, calls or presentations
• Monitor sales performance against targets on a daily basis
• Create reports outlining sales performance trends
• Provide feedback on product development
• Prepare forecasts of future sales volumes
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential (5+ years)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Marketing or related discipline preferred
• Ability to develop strategies to drive growth
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), PowerPoint is advantageous
