Sales Manager in Haur-Fakkan, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. Our ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role. We expect the candidate to be able to successfully manage sales activities, develop strategies for increasing revenues, and create solutions for customer needs.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral. They should also be proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology to track progress and sales performance. The individual should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions quickly while working under pressure.

The Sales Manager is expected to develop relationships with customers, as well as assess customer feedback on product/service offerings in order to improve our customer service practices. They must be able to analyze market trends and provide direction on how best to increase business opportunities. Additionally, they will be responsible for recruiting and training new staff members in their department as needed.

This position offers a salary of 1200 per month with the potential for commission based on performance targets met or exceeded. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role if they have the necessary qualifications and experience needed for the position.
