Requirements for the Candidate:
- At least two years of experience as a Waiter in a busy restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- A friendly and courteous attitude towards customers
- Up to date valid servsafe certification (or equivalent)
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, when required
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs of weight on a regular basis when needed.

Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders from customers quickly and accurately; preparing food items according to company standards; serving drinks; cleaning tables; re-stocking supplies; setting tables; answering customer inquiries about menu items; providing excellent customer service at all times; complying with all applicable health department regulations while adhering to all safety procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is kept clean and tidy at all times by following established cleaning procedures.
