The Chef’s responsibilities include:
- Creating menus that feature a variety of dishes from different cuisines
- Developing recipes and menu items that use seasonal ingredients
- Working with kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food safety are met
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared in accordance with established recipes and plate presentations
- Maintaining accurate records of food costs and inventory
- Monitoring kitchen operations including cleanliness and sanitation
- Collaborating with other chefs to develop new dishes

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef in a professional setting
- Working knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Creative approach to cooking with the ability to come up with new ideas for dishes
