We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Chef to join our team at Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and producing high quality meals in line with customer expectations. You will also be required to take on some administrative tasks such as ordering, inventory control and preparation of special dishes upon request.

The ideal candidate should have a culinary arts degree or equivalent training and/or experience in food preparation. You should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must have knowledge of food safety regulations and health code requirements.

The successful candidate will be required to:
•Manage all aspects of the kitchen such as ordering ingredients, preparing meals according to customer requests, managing stock levels and maintaining a clean working environment;
•Create new recipes and menus based on customer feedback;
•Train staff in basic kitchen operations;
•Ensure all meals are prepared efficiently and that they adhere to high standards of quality;
•Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed;
•Perform any other related duties as assigned by the manager.

The successful candidate must have:

•Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary;

This position offers an attractive salary of 1100 AED per month plus other competitive benefits. We are open to considering applicants from abroad with no prior experience but who possess the necessary qualifications.
