We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes and have experience in the kitchen.

The successful applicant must be able to work well under pressure, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have strong organizational skills. Creativity and an understanding of the principles of cooking are essential.

The Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen’s operations, including recipe development, menu planning, purchasing ingredients and equipment, supervising staff members, and ensuring that food quality is at its highest standard. They will also be required to adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field and have at least two years of professional experience as a Chef. They should also have a good understanding of all applicable food safety laws and regulations. The ability to read and speak English fluently is essential for this role as well as knowledge and/or experience of Middle Eastern Cuisine.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of 1100 per month with potential for overtime depending on business needs. We are willing to consider applicants who are not citizens or residents but who can work legally in the United Arab Emirates.
