Surveyor Vacancy in Doha
We are looking for a professional Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of 1100, and we are open to considering candidates from outside the country.

Job Summary:
The Surveyor will be responsible for providing surveying services to the organization and its clients. They will be required to collect and analyze data pertaining to land surveys and provide accurate results for use in various projects.

Job Duties:
• Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Collect data from field surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, Total Station, and Levels
• Analyze data collected from site visits or other sources
• Prepare survey reports detailing the findings of each survey job
• Calculate measurements of horizontal or vertical angles, distances, areas, volumes, contours etc.
• Ensure all surveys are completed on time and follow industry standards
• Develop survey plans using AutoCAD software
• Monitor changes in terrain or other conditions that could affect accuracy of surveys
• Assist with legal matters regarding property lines or other boundaries

Qualifications & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Surveying/Geomatics is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of standard surveying methods such as Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Total Station measurements, contour mapping etc. is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is necessary
• Ability to interpret maps and aerial photography is desired • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is necessary • Ability to work independently or on a team as well as multitask under pressure is essential • Knowledge of computer software programs such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a Surveying role is desirable but not mandatory
