Surveyor in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures, as well as analyzing data to create maps and reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques, accompanied by an understanding of local laws governing land use. They should have excellent interpersonal skills, be analytical, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out surveys on land or other structures according to client specifications
- Analyze survey data to produce maps and reports
- Prepare detailed drawings of surveyed areas
- Analyze survey data to identify potential conflicts in property boundaries
- Ensure accuracy of survey results by verifying measurements taken
- Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with plans
- Liaise with customers and other professionals such as engineers and architects
- Keep up to date with advances in mapping technology

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of local laws governing land use/surveying activities
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills (written/verbal)
