Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced Excavator operator to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the excavator on a construction site and ensuring that all safety protocols are observed. As well as operating the machinery, they will be expected to carry out maintenance checks, identify any problems with the equipment and perform basic repairs when necessary.

We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of experience in operating excavation equipment and is familiar with all safety regulations related to this type of work. The applicant must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think on their feet when faced with unexpected issues. They should also possess strong communication skills in order to effectively interact with colleagues on the construction site and management staff.

The successful candidate will be required to:
• Operate all excavation equipment safely, following all safety protocols
• Carry out maintenance checks on equipment, identifying any issues or potential problems
• Perform basic repairs and adjustments when necessary
• Work quickly and efficiently while ensuring accuracy is maintained at all times
• Communicate effectively with colleagues on site and management staff
• Follow instructions from supervisors/management team

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience operating excavation equipment
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to this type of work
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
