We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a passion for cooking and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing menus, managing staff and overseeing food preparation and service at our restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen including but not limited to menu development, training and evaluating staff, developing recipes, controlling food costs, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served at all times. They will also be required to maintain close relationships with suppliers and ensure all health regulations are met.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Extensive knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to quality standards
• Excellent communication skills with staff, suppliers, customers & management teams
• Must have a valid work permit if applicable
