Job Responsibilities:
-Assess patients’ conditions through physical examinations, medical history review and diagnostic tests;
-Provide treatment plans that include exercises, stretches, manual therapy or other interventions;
-Educate patients on proper body mechanics and lifestyle changes that can benefit their condition;
-Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate optimal care;
-Track progress of each patient’s treatment plan;
-Maintain detailed records of each patient’s progress;
-Keep abreast of new treatments or therapies available for different conditions.
