The main duties and responsibilities of the Sommelier include:
- Advising guests on selection of wines according to their preferences
- Creating wine lists for special occasions or events
- Recommending food pairings for specific wines
- Ensuring that all wines are stored properly in accordance with regulation standards
- Keeping up to date with new trends in the industry
