Sommelier Job in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will bring knowledge and enthusiasm to our dynamic team, and help us provide top-notch service to our customers.

The Sommelier will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service in the restaurant, selecting wines available on the menu, and providing advice on appropriate pairings. They will also manage orders, stock rotation, inventory control, and staff training related to wines

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of wines from around the world, as well as a good understanding of international cuisines. A degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus. Wine tasting experience is essential.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of wines from around the world
• Good understanding of international cuisines
• Wine tasting experience essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
