We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team at a busy restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about all aspects of wine service, including the proper selection, handling, storage, pouring, and presentation of wines.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Sommelier in a high-end environment and have an extensive knowledge of both domestic and international wines. They will also have an excellent understanding of food pairings and creating customized wine menus for customers.

The Sommelier will provide excellent customer service by delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests. They will be able to explain the various wines on our menu with great detail to help customers choose their perfect pairing. Additionally, they must be able to educate customers on different styles and regions of wine, as well as making sure that all wines are served at the correct temperature and with proper glassware.

To excel in this job, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service. They must also be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

The salary for this role is 1800 AED per month plus tips for outstanding performance. We welcome applications from foreign workers who meet all qualifications for this job position.
